ubazz Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

1.1 Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("the Player") and ubazz ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ubazz website, all gaming and betting services, and any related products offered by ubazz. By accessing the ubazz website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the ubazz platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. ubazz reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, with the amended Terms taking effect upon publication on this page.

1.2 Eligibility Requirements

To register and use ubazz, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ubazz does not permit use by any person below the age of 21, irrespective of the legal age of majority applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming or sports betting is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, or agent of ubazz, or any immediate family member or household member of any such person.

1.3 Modifications to Terms

ubazz reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of any changes.

If you disagree with a material change to these Terms, your sole remedy is to close your account and cease using the platform. Continued use of ubazz after a revision constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.1 Registration Requirements

To create a ubazz account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to:

• A valid mobile number registered in your name that you actively use and have access to. This number will be used for account identification, deposit and withdrawal processing, and security verification.
• Your full legal name as it appears on your official government-issued identification document.
• Your date of birth, which must confirm you are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration.
• A unique, strong password for your ubazz account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities conducted under your account.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one ubazz account at any time. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under a different name, or using a different mobile number — is a material breach of these Terms. ubazz reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any bets placed from duplicate accounts, and forfeit any balances held in those accounts without notice or compensation.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

ubazz may at any time request documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, address, and source of funds. This process is referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You may be required to provide a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification, along with proof of your registered mobile wallet ownership.

ubazz reserves the right to suspend deposits, withdrawals, or full account access pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals. ubazz will handle all KYC documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ubazz currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by players based in Bangladesh. ubazz reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice:

• Mobile wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Transactions via these mobile wallets are processed using the mobile number registered to your ubazz account. You must be the registered owner of the mobile wallet used for any transaction on ubazz.
• Payment cards: Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards issued in your name. Card details must match the name and identity registered on your ubazz account.
• ubazz does not accept deposits or withdrawals made by or on behalf of a third party. All transactions must originate from a payment method registered in the name of the account holder.

3.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are typically credited to your ubazz account balance within seconds of payment confirmation. Deposits made via Visa or Mastercard may take up to 15 minutes to reflect in your account balance depending on card issuer processing times. ubazz does not charge fees on deposits; however, your mobile wallet provider or card issuer may apply their own transaction charges, which are not within ubazz's control.

ubazz reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit limits on a per-transaction or per-day basis. Current deposit limits are displayed in the payment section of your account dashboard. ubazz may, at its discretion, request verification of the source of funds for any deposit that it considers unusual or that exceeds a certain threshold.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals from your ubazz account will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit unless you contact support with a valid reason to use an alternative method. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 hour during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Withdrawal requests submitted outside of business hours or during high-volume periods may take up to 24 hours to complete. ubazz may withhold a withdrawal pending KYC verification or pending resolution of an active investigation into suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

4.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, and promotional credits offered by ubazz are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. The standard wagering requirement at ubazz is expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (for example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must wager a total of ৳20,000 before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted).
• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per IP address, and per mobile number. Attempts to claim the same bonus across multiple accounts will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may lead to account suspension.
• ubazz reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or modify any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. If a bonus has already been credited to a player's account at the time of withdrawal or modification, the original terms under which the bonus was granted will continue to apply to that bonus.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games and bet types specified in the relevant promotion terms. Certain game types (such as live dealer games, sports betting markets, or specific slot titles) may contribute at reduced rates or zero rates towards wagering requirements — this will be specified in the individual promotion terms.

4.2 Bonus Abuse

ubazz operates a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: claiming multiple welcome bonuses using separate accounts; using bonus funds in a manner that exploits low-risk betting strategies designed to manufacture a wagering requirement completion without genuine gameplay risk; sharing bonus codes or referral links in unauthorised channels; and providing false information to obtain a bonus. Where ubazz determines that bonus abuse has occurred, it may void all bonuses and associated winnings, close the offending account, and report the activity to relevant financial or regulatory bodies.

5.1 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on ubazz are subject to the following general rules. Specific rules applicable to individual sports, tournaments, and bet types are published in the sports betting rules section of the platform:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed by the ubazz system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. ubazz reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds caused by a technical error or human error in the odds feed.
• In-play betting markets are settled based on the official result of the event as determined by the relevant sporting body. For cricket matches (including BPL, T20, IPL and international fixtures involving the Bangladesh Tigers), the official result as published by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB), or International Cricket Council (ICC) will be used for settlement.
• ubazz reserves the right to suspend betting markets on any event at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: suspected match-fixing, unusual betting patterns, technical errors, or incomplete event data. Bets placed on suspended markets prior to the suspension will be settled according to the official result unless the suspension arises from a technical error affecting the odds, in which case ubazz may void the affected bets.

5.2 Casino and Slot Game Rules

All casino games available on ubazz — including live dealer games streamed from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi studios, video slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming and other providers, crash games, Teen Patti, and Monster Dice — are governed by the rules of each individual game as implemented by the respective game provider. ubazz presents these games under licence from the relevant providers and does not independently modify the game rules, RTP (return to player) settings, or RNG (random number generator) outcomes.

In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or technical failure during a casino game session, the affected game round may be voided and any wager placed during the affected round refunded to your account balance. ubazz will not be liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control, including failures originating from the game provider's servers or systems.

5.3 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ubazz platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities: using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform; colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage; exploiting software bugs or platform vulnerabilities; engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or financial crime using the ubazz platform; and placing bets with knowledge of information that constitutes insider information relating to the outcome of a sports event.

6.1 Responsible Gaming Tools

ubazz is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The following tools are available to all players through the account settings section and may be activated at any time:

• Deposit limits: set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amount. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a deposit limit is subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before the increase takes effect. Decreasing a deposit limit takes effect immediately.
• Session time limits: set a maximum duration for each gaming session. Once your session time limit is reached, you will be logged out automatically and will not be able to log back in until the session time has elapsed.
• Self-exclusion: request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the ubazz platform. Temporary self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to 12 months. Permanent self-exclusion is irrevocable. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended, all marketing communications will cease, and you will not be permitted to open a new account on the platform.

6.2 Underage Gaming Prevention

ubazz operates a strict minimum age policy of 21 years for all account holders. Age verification is conducted as part of the registration process and as part of ongoing KYC checks. If ubazz has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under the age of 21, it will immediately suspend the account, void all bets placed from the account, and initiate an investigation. If the player is confirmed to be underage, all deposits will be returned and all winnings will be forfeited.

Parents and guardians are advised to use parental control software to prevent underage individuals from accessing online gaming websites. 6.3 Account Closure

You may request closure of your ubazz account at any time by contacting the support team using the email address published on this website. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus play that have not yet satisfied the applicable wagering requirement) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

6.4 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ubazz's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your ubazz account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. ubazz shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ubazz's liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
